A legacy payroll system, which was implemented around 40 years ago, was in need of an upgrade due to difficulties integrating into newer systems and had a limited number of users with the required knowledge to maintain it. Aiding in the construction of a project completion timeline by liaising with key stakeholders and fleshing out key requirements and milestones to achieve go-live
Working with other parts of the CSPD business such as IT and Finance to explore the key interfaces of the Success Factors system, and create interface requirements documentation
Understanding and mapping out the entity relationship diagrams of both CSPD and the SAP system
Key Outcomes & Benefits:
Leading the trial conversions to ensure the execution of the migration at Go Live went through with minimal defects
