A fully seconded risk advisory specialist in the Melbourne Airport (APAM) PMO who is responsible for Project, Program and Portfolio Management across the airport's Capital Works in Aviation, Ground Transport, Commercial Property & Retail, Engineering & Asset Management and Technology. This includes managing the Risk Governance Process under MAPP (Melbourne Airport Project Plan) Process, conducting Quantitative Risk Analysis to facilitate P50 and P90 Risk Contingency Value, Risk Reporting and Escalation to the Construction and Strategic Capital Governance Forums.
